Healing Sound & Acupuncture

5280 East 2nd Street, Long Beach, CA 90803 7:15 pm - 8:30 pm

Join us for our 3rd Thursdays Healing Sound and Chakra Acupuncture Session!

Lynda Arnold and Denise Estrada will lead you on a healing journey through: sound, breath, acupuncture, and healing vibes. We have mats and blankets but feel free to bring your own to get comfortable. Something to cover your eyes is recommended.

Healingsound Acupuncture and Lynda Arnold bring together meditation, acupuncture, and sound healing to provide a powerfully transformative experience in the mind, body, and spirit.

This 90 minute session includes an intention setting meditation, mind-calming, Qi-regulating, acupuncture and gong sound vibrations.

Lie down comfortably, with yoga mat and pillows on the floor. Very fine acupuncture needles are then gently placed and retained in the Chakra centers to influence the circulation of Qi and blood through the energetic meridians of the body and calm the nervous system.

The result is a feeling of invigoration and a state of utter bliss and well being.

Self Investment $40 RSVP on goinwardlb.com
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, small pillow, and bottled water.
