Healing Sounds: A Creative Music Session for Mind, Body & Spirit

4228 Atlantic Ave, Long Beach, CA 90807 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Let’s create a sound bath together! Certified Sound Healer Lynda Arnold will facilitate the music meditation and hold the space for our ambient music journey. Basic principles of Sound Healing and Deep Listening will be introduced to set the tone. We will create music together through acoustic improvisation in a relaxed and open setting.

Bring your instruments!

Some Acceptable Acoustic instruments include: Bells, Chimes, Tibetan or Crystal Bowls, flutes, hand drums, rattles, shakers and quiet string instruments – acoustic guitars, harps or dulcimers and of course your Voices! There will be a limited amount of additional instruments available including an upright piano. We also encourage people to come who would like to meditate and hold the space in silence as well.

The jam will be recorded for all to enjoy after the session.
