Sound Meditation is one way to assist the body, mind and spirit in achieving deep relaxation. We can begin to bring our bodies back into homeostasis by listening to calming tones, frequencies, melodies and harmonies.

The session will began with audible breath exercises, vocal toning and chanting to prepare everyone to drop into the experience of deep, restorative listening. Lynda plsys a variety of instruments including tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gong, flutes, handpan, harps, drums and loops her voice over custom soundscapes. Each sound offers a doorway into the different realms of the spirit, supporting the natural healing potential of the body.

It is reccommended to bring blankets/pillows/eye pillows so you can make yourself comfy & enjoy the beautiful harmonics.
