Summer Solstice Sound Bath with Gabriel Aumnow and Lynda Arnold

1839 Redondo Ave, Signal Hill, CA 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Come celebrate the Summer Solstice and bring your overworked Dads down to the new Monster Yoga Studio in Signal Hill for some sound bathing facilitated by two Long Beach based masters of acoustic sound healing, Lynda Arnold and Gabriel Aumnow. They will play a multitude of Tibetan and Crystal Bowls, chimes, tuning forks, handpan, flutes and use their voices to guide everyone to a deep state of relaxation and meditation. Let’s bless this new yoga space with supreme sound and usher in the official start of Summer with a sonic salutation.

Guests will be laying on the floor so please bring a yoga mat and any pillows or blankets to make yourself more comfortable. Bring water to keep hydrated and leave your stress at the door. The sound will take care of the rest.
