Sound has the power to heal and is the medicine of the future. We are all vibratory beings in need of balance and adjustment as we evolve from moment to moment. You will experience the simplicity of your breath and open up your voice through toning, chanting, and singing exercises. You will use your voice and breath to deepen your meditation while vibrating the cells in your body. You will reach higher states of consciousness, shaking off negative thoughts and energies and relax into the ultimate sound bath journey designed to activate and align the body’s energy centers. You will hear the delightful sounds of Tibetan and Crystal bowls, gong, drum, flute, digeridoos, chimes, tuning forks, and voice.

No experience necessary. Come with an open heart, mind, and body. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for extra comfort.
