Sound Bath & Vocal Toning Experience with master facilitator Lynda Arnold

Sound has the power to heal. You will experience the simplicity of your breath and open up your voice through toning, and gentle singing exercises. You will use your voice and breath to deepen your meditation while vibrating the cells in your body. You will reach higher states of consciousness, shaking off negative thoughts and energies and relax into the sound bath journey designed to activate and align the body’s energy centers. You will hear the sounds of Tibetan and Crystal bowls, gong, drum, flute, digeridoos, chimes, tuning forks, and voice.

Benefits of Sound Healing:
-Stress and Anxiety Reduction
-Reduce Blood Pressure and Increase Immunity
-Move and Release Stuck Energy in the Body
-Eliminate negative energy
-Enhance creativity and improve concentration
-Raise your vibration and consciousness
-Restore balance through ‘tuning’ the body with specially selected tones and instruments
